You'll receive your first meal plan immediately after signup via email. Every Sunday, you'll get a new meal plan for the upcoming week.
Can I cancel anytime?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
The Basic plan includes general meal plans. If you need customization for allergies, vegetarian, keto, etc., upgrade to Premium for personalized plans.
Do I need to be good at cooking?
Nope! All recipes are beginner-friendly with step-by-step instructions. If you can boil water, you can make these meals.
How are the meal plans delivered?

What exactly do I get with the meal plans?

Every Sunday morning, you receive a complete 7-day meal plan via email including: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes with step-by-step instructions; full macro breakdowns (calories, protein, carbs, fats) for every meal; organized grocery lists sorted by store section; meal prep tips to batch cook efficiently; and recipe swaps for dietary preferences. Plans are delivered weekly throughout your subscription—fresh ideas every week, never the same boring meals!

Can I feed my whole family with these meal plans?

Yes! Our meal plans are designed for real families, not just individuals. Recipes include serving sizes and scaling instructions so you can easily cook for 2, 4, or 6+ people. The meals aren't "diet food"—they're flavorful dishes your spouse and kids will actually eat. We also provide kid-friendly modifications for picky eaters (like serving sauces on the side or swapping vegetables). Many members cook one meal for the whole family instead of separate "health food" for themselves.

What's the difference between Basic ($49) and Premium ($79)?

Basic ($49/month): You get the same weekly meal plans with recipes, macros, and grocery lists—but NO custom macro calculation. This tier is perfect if you already know your calorie/macro targets or just want healthy recipe ideas. Premium ($79/month): Everything in Basic PLUS we calculate your personalized macros based on your goals, body stats, and activity level, then adjust them bi-weekly as you progress. You also get priority email support (24hr vs 48hr), monthly bonus recipes, and progress tracking guidance. Choose Premium if you want customized nutrition targets—choose Basic if you're DIY-ing your macros.

Can I customize for dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

Every meal plan includes built-in recipe swaps for common dietary needs—vegetarian/vegan protein options, gluten-free alternatives, dairy-free swaps, etc. You can email us your specific restrictions (allergies, religious dietary laws, food aversions) and we'll provide personalized substitutions. However, meal plans are NOT fully custom from scratch—we provide a base plan with flexible swap options rather than writing a unique plan for each member. For truly custom meal plans tailored 100% to you, check out our online coaching programs ($175-$275).

How long does meal prep take each week?

Most members spend 2-3 hours on Sundays batch cooking proteins, chopping vegetables, and portioning meals for the week. Our meal prep tips show you how to cook multiple recipes simultaneously (using oven + stovetop + slow cooker at once) to minimize active cooking time. Some recipes are designed as "quick-cook" options (15-20 minutes) for busy weeknights when you don't want pre-prepped food. You can meal prep as much or as little as you want—some people prep everything Sunday, others cook fresh each night using our recipes.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a commitment?

Zero commitment required. This is a month-to-month subscription that renews automatically, but you can cancel anytime with no penalties, fees, or questions asked. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum subscription length—whether you stay for 1 month or 12 months is entirely up to you. We do NOT offer refunds for the current billing period (once your subscription month starts, you've already received that month's meal plans), but future charges stop immediately upon cancellation.

How much will groceries cost per week?

Grocery costs vary by household size and where you shop, but most members spend $80-$150/week for a family of 4 following our meal plans. This is often LESS than what they spent before because there's no food waste, no impulse buys, and no expensive takeout. Our recipes use affordable, widely-available ingredients from stores like Costco, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Walmart—no exotic superfoods or expensive specialty items required. We also provide budget-friendly protein swaps (like ground turkey instead of steak) if you need to reduce costs.

Is this the same as your online coaching meal plans?

No, they're different. This monthly meal plan subscription ($49-$79/month) provides weekly meal plans only—no workout programs or 1-on-1 coaching. It's perfect if you just need nutrition guidance. Our online coaching programs ($175-$275 for 8-16 weeks) include meal plans PLUS detailed workout programs, custom macros, and direct coach support—a complete transformation package. Choose meal-only subscription if you're already training at a gym (like our Modesto bootcamp) and just need nutrition. Choose online coaching if you need both workouts and meal plans.
