Our virtual coaching delivers the same expert guidance, personalized programming, and accountability that has helped hundreds of California residents lose 10-150+ pounds and completely transform their lives.
Unlike generic fitness apps or cookie-cutter workout plans, our online coaching programs are customized to YOUR unique goals, fitness level, available equipment, and schedule. You'll receive detailed workout programs with specific exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, and cardio timing—plus a personalized meal plan that adjusts every 4 weeks as your body transforms.

Important: All online coaching programs require access to basic gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, benches, resistance machines) or a home gym setup. Bodyweight-only training is NOT included in these programs. If you don't have equipment access, consider our in-person bootcamp classes instead.

You'll need access to basic gym equipment including dumbbells, barbells, benches, cable machines, and cardio equipment. This can be at a commercial gym, home gym, or apartment fitness center. We customize workouts based on YOUR available equipment. Bodyweight-only programs are not offered—if you don't have equipment access, consider our in-person bootcamp classes instead.
You receive ONE customized meal plan per 4 weeks. This means you'll eat the same meals for 4 weeks, then receive an updated plan adjusted for your progress. For example, a 12-week program includes 3 different meal plans (weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, weeks 9-12). This consistency makes meal prep easier and helps you build sustainable eating habits. Program length = transformation scale. The 8-week program is ideal for 10-20 lb transformations and includes basic email support. The 12-week program (most popular) is best for 20-30 lb goals, includes supplements, and priority support. The 16-week program is for major transformations (25-40+ lbs), includes everything plus progress check-ins. Longer programs = more sustainable results and deeper habit formation.
All communication happens via email. You can send questions about exercises, form checks (video submissions), meal plan swaps, or motivational support anytime. We typically respond within 24-48 hours (priority support clients get faster responses). This isn't live daily texting—it's structured guidance when you need it. After completing your signup and initial assessment questionnaire, you'll receive your fully customized workout program and meal plan within 48 hours. We take time to properly design your program based on your goals, experience level, available equipment, dietary preferences, and schedule. Rush programs are not available—quality customization takes time.
No! Online coaching is available to anyone, anywhere in California (or the U.S.). Whether you're in Turlock, Oakdale, Sacramento, Los Angeles, or across the country—if you have equipment access and internet, you can train with Master Trainers. Our online programs bring Modesto's #1 bootcamp coaching to your location. Local to Modesto? Consider our in-person bootcamp classes for community atmosphere and FREE kids club access.
Online coaching programs are non-refundable once your custom program is delivered. We invest significant time creating your personalized workout and nutrition plan—once it's in your hands, the value has been provided. However, we're committed to your success! If you're struggling, email us for modifications, alternative exercises, or schedule adjustments. We'll work with you to overcome obstacles rather than issue refunds.
Absolutely! We design programs for all fitness levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. During your initial assessment, we'll ask about your experience with weight training, cardio, and exercise form. Beginners receive simplified programs with detailed exercise descriptions, video links, and gradual progression. If you're intimidated by training alone, consider our beginner-friendly bootcamp classes where coaches guide you in person.
